Preamble

Black Swan Ventures Group LLC (the "Company") is committed to rendering the website located at cashflowpositive.ai usable by the widest practicable number of persons, including persons employing assistive technology.

1. Standard Adopted

1.1 The Company adopts as its standard the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, at conformance Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium.

1.2 The Company has further regard to:

(a) the Americans with Disabilities Act and § 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, within the United States;
(b) Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act), applicable from 28 June 2025, together with the harmonised standard EN 301 549; and
(c) the German Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz.

2. Present Conformance

2.1 The Website is partially conformant. Certain elements do not yet fully satisfy the standard at clause 1.1. Those shortcomings are published below rather than obscured by a claim of conformance not verified.

3. Measures Taken

(a) Semantic markup with a logical order of headings.
(b) Text alternatives in respect of meaningful imagery; decorative imagery marked as such.
(c) Operability by keyboard throughout navigation, forms, and modal dialogues, with visible focus indication and dismissal of modals by the Escape key.
(d) Form controls with programmatically associated labels and explicit error messaging.
(e) Responsive layout supporting magnification to 200 per centum and a viewport width of 320 pixels without loss of content or functionality.
(f) Consistent and predictable navigation across pages.

4. Alternative Means of Access

Where any part of the Website is inaccessible to a person, the Company shall furnish the content in an alternative format, an accessible document, plain text, large print, or direct conversation, at no charge and without requiring justification of the request.

5. Feedback and Complaint

5.2 A person dissatisfied with the Company's response may in addition contact:

(a) within the United States, the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice, at ada.gov;
(b) within Germany, the Schlichtungsstelle nach dem Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz, at schlichtungsstelle-bgg.de;
(c) within any other Member State of the European Union, the national enforcement authority designated under Directive (EU) 2019/882.

6. Basis of Assessment

7. Note as to Scope

Directive (EU) 2019/882 exempts microenterprises, being undertakings employing fewer than ten persons and having an annual turnover or balance sheet total not exceeding two million euro, in respect of the provision of services. The Company presently falls within that definition. The Company nonetheless publishes this statement and pursues conformance at Level AA, accessibility being properly a standard of design rather than a compliance minimum, and the exemption having no application to the Americans with Disabilities Act, under which private proceedings concerning inaccessible websites are common.
