You get your application board
A private link arrives by email. It is yours. You can edit your answers, add links, upload a photo, replace your CV and submit changes at any point while your application is open.

A human reads it
Someone actually reads what you wrote. Your status updates on your board when they do.

You get feedback or an interview
One of two things happens. Either we book an interview, or you get written feedback asking you to clarify or expand something. Being asked for more is not a rejection.

You revise and resubmit
You update your board and send it back. The status changes again.

Interview
A conversation. Not a test.

Paid task or commission task
Real work, scoped small, paid. You keep the work.

Paid trial, then contract
A longer paid trial if the task goes well, then a contract.

THE TOURA REQUIREMENT OF EVERY ROLE
You will meet the clients in person.
The AI Executive Workshop runs in person, 1 to 3 days, 20 to 35 executives in the room. We sell to operators across 3 continents and we do not employ people who have only read about them.
Every person at Black Swan Ventures Group attends 3 workshops a year, in 3 different countries: 1 in Asia, 1 in the United States, 1 in Europe. You choose the cities. Flights, hotel and food are covered.
This is a requirement of every role here, including the remote ones. It is not a perk and it is not optional. If you are unable to travel internationally, you are not eligible for these positions.

You are not an attendee. You run a session, handle reception, answer questions on a build, or take clients to dinner. It changes by workshop. You leave knowing what the client actually wants.
The hero team
Assignments open up to people who perform. You become eligible through work, not tenure. This is how we staff the workshops that matter most.
Remote now, not forever
Offices are planned in New York, Munich and Taipei. If you could not imagine relocating to one eventually, worth knowing before you apply.
Three seats run the tour itself: Workshop Coordinator, Workshop Sales and Partnerships Manager, Workshop Videographer.

WHERE WE ARE
Remote now. Three cities next.
We are a remote team today. We hire primarily in Germany and the United States, and we are open to Taiwan and elsewhere: if your country is not listed, that is not a no.
The main headquarters is planned for New York City, with Munich and Taipei following. Miami is under consideration. If you could imagine relocating at some point, say so in your application; it changes what we can offer you.
Sales is considerably more flexible on location than the other tracks.
One honest note on remote roles: the entry period is longer, expectations are documented more tightly, and there is less opportunity for us to see your work in person. That is the trade, and we would rather say it upfront.
