AI Automation Engineer
Builds client facing automations and ships them inside a ten hour build window.

What this job actually is
You build the thing the client pays for: speed to lead routing, CRM workflows, agentic tools, invoice and reconciliation flows. A build is scoped in the morning and handed over the same day or the next.
Speed matters, but a broken workflow costs more than a slow one. You are expected to ship fast and instrument what you ship.
Responsibilities
- Take a scoped build brief and deliver a working automation inside the build window
- Integrate CRMs, telephony, email, and payment systems using their APIs
- Instrument every workflow with error alerting and a clear failure path
- Write the handover note the client and the retainer team will rely on
- Fix reported breakages inside one business day
Requirements
- Strong JavaScript or TypeScript and comfort with Python where needed
- Experience wiring third party APIs together in production
- Practical experience with LLM based tooling, including prompt and tool design
- Able to work from a brief without waiting to be told the next step
