About the AI Concierge
What is the AI Concierge?
A short, delivery-first engagement in which we build a working AI automation inside your business, not a slide deck, not a proposal, a live system running against your data. See /concierge for the plain-language version and /concierge-terms clause 1 for the contractual definition.
Is it really free?
For the Founding Cohort, yes. No fee, in exchange for a signed testimonial (/concierge-terms clause 1.3). The Continuing Programme, which admits engagements after the Founding Cohort closes, is priced (clause 4).
What do I have to do in return?
Provide an honest, first-person testimonial after delivery. Its publication is not conditioned on favourability, see /concierge-terms clause 5. If the engagement disappoints, you say so, and we publish that too.
What happens after the ten hours?
The engagement concludes. The build is yours. Continuing work, further scope, and any ongoing arrangement are separately agreed under the Continuing Programme, see /concierge-terms clause 3.3.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. Configurations, workflows, prompts, and system settings created inside your own accounts and systems belong to you and remain with you after the engagement ends (/concierge-terms clause 7).
About Pricing
How is the Continuing Programme priced?
On a percentage basis, disclosed to you in writing before you are admitted to the programme, never after (/concierge-terms clause 4.2).
What's your refund policy?
Set out in full at /refunds.
Is RiskReverse available on every engagement?
No. RiskReverse applies only where your Order Form expressly states that it does (/riskreverse clause 1.2).
About the Publication
Is Cashflow Positive AI independent journalism?
No. Cashflow Positive AI is a publication operated by the same entity that sells the AI Concierge, and we say so plainly at /disclosure clause 1.
Are your case study numbers real?
Yes. Every figure is individually sourced from the engagement it refers to, labelled as such, and substantiated on request (/disclosure clause 3).
Do you get paid for testimonials?
No. The incentive is a free build for Founding Cohort participants, and that incentive is disclosed on the face of every testimonial wherever we publish one (/disclosure clause 2; /concierge-terms clause 5.2).
About Security & Data
Do you sell my data?
No. See /do-not-sell clause 1.
How do I stop you contacting me?
Reply "unsubscribe," write, or call. One step, permanent (/outreach clause 2). Suppression takes effect within two business days.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No, where the provider tier we use permits us to configure that setting (/ai-disclosure clause 4; /security clause 4(a)).
