Preamble

This Disclaimer governs every item of content published by Black Swan Ventures Group LLC (the "Company") upon the website located at cashflowpositive.ai, within The Cashflow Positive AI Report, in its workshops and courses, in its correspondence, upon its social channels, and in any other material published by it. It forms part of the Terms of Service and is to be read together with the Full Disclosure and AI Systems & Disclosure instruments.

1. Purpose of Publication

Every item published by the Company is furnished for purposes of general business information and education. It is not tailored to the circumstances of any person, and it is no substitute for professional judgement or for professional advice.

2. Absence of Professional Advice

The Company links to third-party websites, tools, and platforms for convenience only. It exercises no control over them, endorses no content by reason of linking to it, and accepts no responsibility for their accuracy, availability, security, pricing, or practices. Following an external link is at the reader's own risk, whereupon the terms and privacy notice of that party apply.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Where the Company names, recommends, or integrates a platform operated by a third party, it gives no warranty as to that platform's performance, pricing, continuity, or stability of policy. Providers alter terms, deprecate features, and suspend accounts upon their own initiative and upon their own timetable.

9. Testimonials and Endorsements

Testimonials express the honest opinions of the persons furnishing them. Certain participants received services without charge, most notably under the AI Concierge programme, and where that is so the fact is stated adjacent to the testimonial. No testimonial is procured for payment, and no benefit is at any time conditioned upon the favourable character of an opinion. See the Full Disclosure instrument.

10. Availability

The Company does not warrant that the Website or any service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from error, nor that any file or link is free from harmful components. The reader is responsible for the security of the reader's own device and network.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its officers, members, employees, and contractors accept no liability for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, arising from reliance upon any content published by the Company.
