How We Apply This
We map each category of personal data to a specific lawful basis, document retention periods, and apply technical and organisational measures to protect information while it is in our care. Data subject requests are handled through a single point of contact and triaged by the Managing Member.
Our privacy policy, data processing addendum, and subprocessor register set out the full detail of what is collected, why it is needed, and where it is handled. These instruments are reviewed at least annually or whenever the underlying services change.

Personal data collected from individuals in the European Economic Area is transferred to and processed in the United States. These transfers are conducted under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. A copy of the applicable SCCs is available on request via mgmt@cashflowpositive.ai.
