What this job actually is
You design in the browser. Landing pages, offer pages, and the client facing surfaces of the Concierge, built to a high editorial standard and measured on booked calls rather than applause.
Design and build are one job here. You will not hand a file to someone else.
Responsibilities
- Design and build landing pages end to end in React and Tailwind
- Hold the editorial design system: type, spacing, motion, and tone
- Instrument pages so drop off is visible and testable
- Run one clear conversion test per cycle and write up the result
- Keep every page accessible and fast on mobile
Requirements
- A portfolio of pages you designed and shipped yourself
- Fluent React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
- Real understanding of conversion, not just aesthetics
- Accessibility literacy at the level of contrast, focus, and semantics
Nice to have
- Motion design
- Photography or art direction
- Copywriting
