You work on whatever matters most that week: a partnership, a pricing model, a hiring loop, a broken process, a new venture surface. The work changes, the standard does not.

Responsibilities
- Own projects end to end across sales, delivery, and operations
- Prepare the founder for external conversations with real analysis
- Build the process, then hand it to the person who will run it
- Chase the details nobody else has picked up
Requirements
- Two or more years in consulting, operations, or a startup generalist seat
- Strong written analysis under time pressure
- Comfortable with ambiguity and with being told to change direction
- Discreet with sensitive commercial information
