Runs outbound end to end. Owns pipeline, not activity.
Plus commission on closed builds and retainers, on target earnings $130,000 to $170,000

What this job actually is
You own a territory from first touch to booked build. Sequences, dials, discovery, qualification, and the follow up that most teams drop after the second attempt.
The measure is pipeline that converts, not tasks completed. You will be given the systems we sell to clients and expected to use them on yourself.
Responsibilities
- Build and run multi channel outbound sequences across your territory
- Run discovery calls and qualify against revenue, fit, and readiness
- Keep the pipeline clean: every open deal has a dated next step
- Feed objection and messaging data back to the founder weekly
- Hand qualified opportunities to a closer or close them yourself where scoped
Requirements
- Two or more years selling a service or software to business buyers
- Evidence of quota attainment you can walk through in detail
- Fluent with a CRM and comfortable with automation tooling
- Written communication that a founder would read to the end
