Notes from ten years of field sales
What carried over from knocking on doors to building automated systems, and the one lesson that took the longest to learn.
By Nikolas Pulido
Ten years in the field teaches you that the deal is rarely lost on price. It is lost on silence, on the week nobody called back, on the proposal that sat unopened while the buyer moved on.
The lesson that took longest
Effort does not scale, but structure does. The best week I ever had was not the week I worked hardest. It was the week the process did the remembering for me.
Discipline is what a system gives you on the days you do not have any.
That is the whole idea behind Cashflow Positive AI. Build the structure once, then let the team spend its energy on the part machines cannot do.
